Cleaning Fluids
SeaWash Cleaner and Dispersant

SeaWash Aqueous Parts Cleaning Technology (from Warren Chemical) is a Major Component of our Business.

We pride ourselves in producing the finest SeaWash aqueous parts cleaning agents available today. Starting in 1972, from our manufacturing site in Louisiana, our first SeaWash brand product was created.

Since then many derivatives have been added to our product line. General purpose SeaWash-7 (pH neutral) and SeaWash-11 (alkaline) products have been well received by industry for a wide variety of applications, including: industrial floor cleaning, pressure washing, degreasing tractors, eradicating oils in bilges and many more.

SeaWash-2000, a multi-purpose janitorial cleaning fluid proved to be cost effective and versatile. It permanently eradicated odors, was a decent wax stripper, non-corrosive, biodegradable and worked on sensitive surfaces as well as the toughest industrial task.

In 1998 we introduced SeaWash-77, proprietarily designed for the parts cleaning industry. This was the first pH neutral, aqueous cleaner that could serve as a reasonable replacement for solvent cleaners. Being neutral, it allowed for microbial degradation of the waste stream thereby reducing liability; leaving no waste stream. The attendant health and cost savings benefits were appreciable.

Since then several advancements in our SeaWash aqueous cleaning technology have enabled us to provide our clients a remarkable 'break through' product "SeaWash-8". Not only does it clean as well as solvents, it's highly concentrated, will not rust metal, and does not require heating; although most surfactants clean about 30% more effectively when heated to 105 degrees. Two recent product developments are SeaWash-8 NoFoam, specifically for use in cabinet washers and immersion systems, and SeaWash Blue, an improved SeaWash-11 that is pH neutral.

Among several endorsements of SeaWash-8, the more notable is the certification by the state of California's South Coast Air Quality Management District that outlawed the use of solvents in 1999.

Coincident with the creation of SeaWash-8, we now market metal sink-on-drum parts cleaning systems; the SeaWash IPC-200 and IPC-100 systems at most reasonable prices. SeaWash-8 has no rust inhibitor additives, nor are they necessary.

In the interest of expanding our market, given the worldwide interest in non-solvent usage of industrial parts cleaners, we desire to add qualified distributors to out team on a worldwide basis. International deployment of SeaWash aqueous cleaning technology is now available.
